Balmy in holiday even in hot weather

	Surabaya has hot weather. equip yourself with sunglasses to protect the eye and sun-block to protect skin from negative effect of sunshine.
	Drinking a lot, so that you are not dehydrate. Make sure that water which we drink have sterile, or boil minimally. If doubt, choose mineral water or tea.
	Always use sole protector, kinds of slipper, sock or shoe. This matter good in preventing spreading of dirt or husk parasite
	Cleaning body, minimum one day once, especially if we often sweat, swimming in water which is not well guaranted its hygiene or hence the bathroom with others.
	Tropical region is always dwelt by the mosquitos. So, always bring anti mosquito medicine which can be dabbed to husk.
	Choose the well guaranted food place of its hygiene. Just make sure that the food is newly cooked at the time we order, not warmy food.
	Avoid consume half processed food, because bacterium found on the food do not die and can be brought to our body. Choose fruits which still with its husk to guarantee its hygiene.
	If possible, don't change dining and sleep schedule, because it effects body durability. Planning everything at first so that just a little change possibly happen.
	Bring the ordinary medicine we consume if there is, or first aid kit, antiseptic, alcohol, cotton, and embalm,etc.
