Magnificent Four Faces Buddha
No need to explore Thailand searching for Four Faces Buddha Statue. In Kenjeran Baru Coast, only several metres from Sanbu sea side, we can see the its grace spirit directly. It is said, this is one of thes highest Four Faces Buddha in the world. Nine metres height, it was built above 225 square metres land. The building, include the dome reach 36 metres. People say, total cost required to build this statue almost Rp 4 billion. This number a little bigger than early estimation that is Rp 3,5 billion.
Right accross this statue, there is Sanggar Agung or Hong Shan Tang, religious of Three Dharma people (follower Buddha, Kong Hu Cu and Tao, Red). In Sanggar Agung, we can see the statue of Goddess Kwan Im height reach more or less 20 metres. Since opened, many people come to observance this place, precisely in Jl Sukolilo 100 Surabaya. The sensation of Goddess Kwan Im statue or giant Four Faces Buddha, we can get there.
